By completing payment you are confirming that you have read, understood and are agreeing to the terms & conditions and cancellation policies outlined in the contract below.

Between: You (The Member) and Steel Habitat.
Program: Steel Habitat Membership.

1.0 GENERAL

1.1 All contracts must be paid for in advance. Memberships will not be confirmed until payment has been received.

1.2 I understand there are inherent risks in participating in strenuous exercise. If I sustain or claim to sustain any injury while participating in the program, I acknowledge that Steel Habitat and the coaching team are not responsible, except where the injury was caused by gross negligence or by an intentional act of the coach.

1.3 I will adhere to all instructions given to me by all Steel Habitat staff.

1.4 I understand my progress is dependent upon my effort, cooperation, consistency and adherence to the program both inside and outside of the training sessions themselves.

1.5 I understand that opening times are subject to change and will vary from the regular schedule over holiday and Bank Holiday periods.

THE GUARANTEE

1.6 I understand that in order to be eligible for the guarantee (if appropriate) I must attend at least 3 coached sessions week at Steel Habitat (every week), use MyFitnessPal to track and hit my nutrition targets (set by Steel Habitat) every day and complete measurements with the Steel Habitat coaches, every month for the full duration of my membership.

2.0 CONTRACT DURATION & RENEWAL

2.1 I understand that by completing payment and agreeing this contract I commit myself to minimum contracted term of 3-12 months (depending on which option is selected).

2.2 I understand that this contract is in force for 3-12 months (as appropriate) from the contract start date. This commences when payment is successfully processed.

2.3 I understand that once I go past the minimum term set out in my contract I will automatically enter a rolling monthly contract, where a 28-day notice period is required for cancellation.

3.0 PAYMENTS

3.1 The Member agrees to pay monthly recurring fees of £139.00-299.00 (as appropriate for the selected membership) for every month’s membership at Steel Habitat via recurring card payment through the Stripe payment system.

Note: This contracted membership allows attendance to a unlimited group coaching sessions per week, unused sessions DO NOT carry over from week to week or billing period to billing period.

3.2 I agree to purchase a recurring membership at Steel Habitat. as an automatic charge to my credit/debit card every month for a minimum contracted period of 3-12 months (as appropriate), which then automatically enters into a rolling monthly contract unless requested to be cancelled by either myself with 28 days notice.

3.3 I hereby certify that I am the holder of the credit/debit card detailed when signing up to this contract via Stripe.

3.4 I understand that my service will be deactivated if my account becomes more than 28 calendar days late.

4.0 MEMBERSHIP PAUSES

4.1 Membership Pauses are not possible during the initial contracted period of 3-12 months (as appropriate).

4.2 Once the initial contracted period (3-12 months) has expired and a rolling monthly contract has been entered, membership pauses are limited to 60 days (2 payments) per calendar year, in 30-60 day increments only.

4.3 All membership pause requests require 28 days notice before the next scheduled payment date. Any requests received later cannot be processed until after the next scheduled payment.

4.4 Upon expiration of any pause period, membership payment will automatically reactivate and resume.

4.5 If you choose to cancel your membership during the pause period you must follow the normal cancellation procedure.

5.0 CANCELLATIONS

5.1 Following the initial minimum contracted term of 3-12 months all membership cancellations are subject to a 28 day notice period. Any payments within this 28 day period will be processed as normal and are non-refundable.

Note: You will, of course, be able to continue at Steel for a month after your final payment has been processed.

5.2 Cancellation of a contract prior to the expiration of the minimum contracted term requires an early termination fee equal to 50% of the remainder the contract.

5.3 Memberships that are paid in full or upfront are non-refundable.

Note: Please be respectful and honour this part of the contract that you have selected and agreed to. We have bills and staff members to pay too.

We keep our word on everything we promise to deliver here at Steel Habitat so we expect you to hold up your end of the bargain by honouring this cancellation policy and the terms of this contract that you have selected.

5.5 These terms are NOT flexible so if you don’t intend to adhere to these terms then please DO NOT sign up.

6.0 AGREEMENT

6.1 I understand that by completing payment and taking up membership at Steel Habitat. I am entering a contract and agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined above.
